New Vacancy – CALD Community Engagement Officer
Kerrie Neighbourhood House Inc. (KNH) operates across two locations; Kerrie Road Neighbourhood House in Glen Waverley and Mackie Road Neighbourhood House in Mulgrave. Our municipality is one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) in the state.
We are seeking a bilingual CALD Community Engagement Officer to engage with City of Monash (CALD) community leaders, groups and residents and to translate house documents into Simplified Chinese under the direction of the KNH Coordinator.
The successful applicant will have excellent administration skills and computer literacy and be able to communicate clearly (both written and verbally) in English and Mandarin.
This position is a fixed term, 1 day per week, role (during school terms) and would suit someone studying in a related field and/or already working part time.
