Fermented foods can not only restore good gut bacteria, but also work to improve digestion and help us to better absorb nutrients from our food. They can also help eliminate toxins from our body, thereby improving our overall immunity.

Come and join us for a demonstrative, hands-on, cooking class and learn to make basic sauerkraut and kombucha at home. Taste pre-prepared organic sauerkraut and kombucha and take home a jar of the sauerkraut prepared on the day.

Time: 2.30pm-4.30pm

Cost: $30.00 (includes all ingredients, recipes and a take home jar, tastings and support via email if you get stuck at home while making your own.)
