Room Hire

Kerrie Road Neighbourhood House (KRNH) also supports community groups and not-for-profit organisations through the hire of our facilities. We are happy to assist groups looking for somewhere to hold regular meetings or workshops.

Please note: We do not hire rooms for birthday parties or one-off events.

Trudy Shepheard room
Large room available for a variety of purposes from meetings to workshops and some events.  Ideal for groups meeting regularly, where numbers exceed 12 (Max 20).

Front Room
Mid-sized room suitable for meetings/workshops. Group size 8-10

Boyanna

Mid-sized room suitable for meetings/workshops.  It is next door to KRNH and comes equipped with flat screen television (inbuilt DVD player), fully equipped kitchen facilities and bathroom. Group size 8

Rooms can be equipped with the following:
Tables and chairs, Whiteboard/markers, CD player, Television and DVD player. Tea and coffee is also provided.

Carparking
KRNH has its own onsite car park with additional parking available on Kerrie Road.

Room Hire is subject to approval of the House Coordinator and Kerrie Road Neighbourhood House Terms and Conditions. Preference is given to Not-for-profit/community organisations seeking room hire on a regular basis (e.g. weekly or fortnightly).
