ROOM HIRE

Kerrie Road Neighbourhood House supports community groups and not-for-profit organisations through the hire of our spaces for meetings, cultural activities, workshops, social groups or playgroups.

We do not hire rooms for birthday parties or one-off events.

Subject to availability, rooms can be hired during the following times:

  • Monday-Friday: 8.15am–10pm

  • Saturday: 8.00am – 5pm

  • Sunday: 9.00am – 5pm

Small carpark with disabled spot and free off street parking.

Fully accessible building with ramp at front door and a fully gated playground.

TRUDY SHEPHEARD ROOM

  • Multi purpose space 5 x 8m

  • Seats up to 20

  • Air-conditioning and heating

  • Projector and screen available

  • Tables and chairs provided

  • Multiple plug points

  • Accessible toilets

  • Wheelchair friendly 

  • Access to playground

  • Access to kitchen facilities (crockery, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, oven)

  • Wi Fi available upon request

  • Not for Profit   $20.00 p/h

  • Commercial     $30.00 p/h

  • Key Bond          $50.00 p/h

  • Public Liability  $18.00 (if required)

FRONT ROOM

  • Class or meeting space 4 x 4.6m

  • Seats up to 10 with tables

  • Seats 15-20 without tables

  • Air-conditioning and heating

  • Mounted flat screen TV with HDMI

  • Multiple plug points

  • White Board

  • Access to kitchen facilities (crockery, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, oven)

  • Divider door can separate space from kitchen

  • Wifi available upon request
